Job Summary
You will manage supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations to ensure efficient order forecasting, inventory control, and timely delivery. This role drives operational excellence by managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with vendors and freight forwarders to optimize supply chain performance.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for effective supply chain management activities from order forecasting through goods receiving to order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain up-to-date records of all stock keeping units by tracking stock movements and generating regular inventory reports to support decision-making
- Support warehouse management by organizing stock systematically, enforcing warehouse safety compliance, and ensuring all facilities and equipment are operational
- Supervise and execute stock take, audit, and stock reconciliation processes to maintain inventory accuracy
- Oversee order fulfillment by ensuring correct picking and packing of goods to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations
- Plan and manage daily logistics operations, including delivery scheduling and cost control, to guarantee timely and cost-effective distribution
- Coordinate with freight forwarders or logistics vendor to manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring smooth transportation flow
- Manage product labeling, packing, and delivery materials to maintain quality and compliance standards
- Collaborate with vendors to coordinate container loading/unloading, product labeling, and packing activities
- Lead and manage the team responsible for timely completion of product labeling tasks, ensuring operational targets are met
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, to analyze and report operational data
- Working knowledge of inventory management software to support stock control activities
- Able to communicate effectively across teams and vendors
