Job Summary
Support the team leader to ensure efficient operations, accurate order fulfillment, timely shipment coordination, and excellent customer and vendor service in a warehouse and logistics environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the team leader to coordinate daily operations and manage assigned customer accounts efficiently
- Process orders accurately and fulfill them promptly to meet customer service level agreements (SLAs)
- Verify and declare correct permits for all shipments to ensure regulatory compliance
- Coordinate shipment arrangements and order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate shipment and order status updates promptly to customers and overseas partners
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to support operational efficiency
- Monitor vendor service standards and manage vendor performance to ensure timely deliveries
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to deliver excellent customer service
- Perform other official duties as assigned by senior management
