Responsibilities:

-To build good customer relationship and follow up of customers request

-Ensure customer's orders are processed & reply email in a timely and accurately manner

-Investigate root-cause of operation incidents and service failures, make recommendation to the CS Managers/Management for improvements

-Provide customer support whenever required.

Requirements :

-Minimum 1 years experience in similar capacity
