Responsibilities
- Perform medical-grade aesthetic treatments including injectables (Botox, skin boosters, fillers), Pico Laser, Helio laser treatments, chemical peels, and thread lifts to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and recommend personalized patient treatment plans based on thorough assessment of patient concerns and clinical indications
- Conduct detailed consultations to advise patients on treatment options and expected results, ensuring informed decision-making
- Monitor and review patient progress against treatment plans, adjusting protocols to maximize efficacy and safety
- Maintain consistently high standards of patient care and clinical hygiene in compliance with medical regulations
- Manage patient enquiries by providing clear education about treatment courses and post-treatment care to enhance patient understanding and satisfaction
- Train and mentor clinic staff on aesthetic procedures and patient care protocols to uphold clinical excellence
- Foster a collaborative and respectful workplace environment that supports performance and shared mission delivery
- Administer medical-grade chemical peels with precision and adherence to safety standards
- Promote a friendly, warm, and exceptional patient experience to build trust and loyalty
Required competencies and certifications
- Medical degree: MBBS, MBChB, MBBCh, MD or equivalent
- Registration as a medical doctor with the Singapore Medical Council
- Attainment of all relevant Certificate of Competence (COCs) for aesthetic procedures
