Responsibilities
- Perform medical-grade aesthetic treatments including injectables (Botox, skin boosters, fillers), Pico Laser, Helio laser treatments, chemical peels, and thread lifts to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and recommend personalized patient treatment plans based on thorough assessment of patient concerns and clinical indications
- Conduct detailed patient consultations to educate and advise on treatment options, expected results, and care protocols
- Monitor and review patient progress regularly to adjust treatment plans and ensure high standards of care and safety
- Manage patient enquiries effectively, providing clear information about treatment courses and addressing concerns to enhance patient satisfaction
- Train and mentor clinical staff on aesthetic procedures and patient care standards to maintain consistent service quality
- Foster a collaborative and respectful workplace environment that supports performance excellence and patient-centered care
- Promote a friendly, warm, and exceptional patient experience throughout all clinical interactions
Required competencies and certifications
- Medical degree such as MBBS, MBChB, MBBCh, MD, or equivalent
- Registration as a medical doctor with the Singapore Medical Council
- Attainment of all relevant Certificate of Competence (COCs) for aesthetic procedures
