Job Summary
This role is responsible for delivering scientifically proven, evidence-based medical aesthetic and age management treatments in a clinical setting, driving patient satisfaction and treatment efficacy through expert consultation and procedure administration.
Responsibilities
- Perform medical-grade aesthetic treatments including injectables (Botox, skin boosters, fillers), Pico Laser, Helio laser treatments, chemical peels, and thread lifts to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and implement personalized patient treatment plans by assessing patient concerns and recommending appropriate evidence-based therapies
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to educate and advise on treatment options and expected results
- Monitor and review patient progress against treatment plans to ensure effectiveness and adjust protocols as needed
- Maintain high standards of clinical care and patient safety throughout all procedures
- Manage patient enquiries by providing clear, accurate information about treatment courses and care instructions
- Train and mentor clinical staff to uphold quality and compliance standards within the medical aesthetic practice
- Foster a collaborative, respectful workplace culture that supports performance excellence and patient-centered care
Required competencies and certifications
- Medical degree: MBBS, MBChB, MBBCh, MD or equivalent
- Registration with the Singapore Medical Council
- Attainment of all relevant Certificate of Competence (COCs) for medical aesthetic procedures
