Loan Executive (Hire Purchase Loans)

Responsibilities

• Process and check loan documentation including Hire Purchase for vehicles and equipment, Block Discounting, Floor Stock Financing, and Unsecured Loans as well as other loan products.
• Process and verify letters of offer, handle disbursements, and manage custodian functions.
• Create, maintain, and review client and loan records in the system.
• Monitor and track the loan process.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers
• Handle filing.
• Perform any adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Business, Banking & Finance or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience handling loan documentation in a Bank or Financial Institution
• Good team player and able to work independently.
• Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines.
