Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare internal reporting materials related to debt financing activities.
- Conduct loan management and post-lending follow-up with banks.
- Support overall debt financing strategy execution and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.
Requirements:
- Experience working at an international/S.E.A bank combined with hands-on debt financing experience on the corporate (buy-side) side preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to produce clear, accurate internal reports.
- Familiarity with loan documentation, compliance, and post-loan monitoring processes.
