The Opportunity: As part of our expansion plan, we are looking for a recruitment consultant tojoin our dynamic team.

What You Will Do

Client Management

  • Manage retained and contingency search mandates for law firms and in-house legal teamsacross the region
  • Build new client relationships, present our services, pitch for retained searches andnegotiate terms of business
  • Advise clients on market conditions and trends, candidates suitability, and hiring strategy
  • Keep management informed on active negotiations and progress

Candidate work

  • Source and qualify candidates through direct active outreach, referrals, and your developingnetwork
  • Conduct interviews and assess suitability for specific mandates
  • Guide candidates through the full process: from first conversation to offer, onboarding, and beyond
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across practice areas and seniority levels

Business development and operations

  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities aligned with the firm's growth plans
  • Post and manage job advertisements in compliance with applicable guidelines
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records on our database
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and internal projects as needed
