Job Responsibilities
- Work with MIST's DSP desk and also SLP's Product units to develop and structure new products to fit CGSI's risk appetite and priorities
- Assist and managing the implementation of new initiatives by coordinating front office to back office processes including pricing, modelling, risk management, system development and settlements.
- Work in close partnership withsupport and control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and CreditRisk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and controlinfrastructure
- To prepare and present sales pitch decks to potential clients, term sheets and contracts.
- Develop and manage sustainable business relationship with current and potential clients.
- Meet potential clients to pitch DSP's OTC solutions
- Conduct presentations to potential clients
- Addressclients queries and provide solutions/recommendations
- Coordinate the entire process of counterparty onboarding process
- Appropriately assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions and ensure that all team members understand the need to do the same, demonstrating proper consideration for the firm's reputation
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in relevant Business Development roles
- Master or degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Law, Actuary or related field.
- Must be familiar with Singapore Company Laws, Listing requirements, MAS regulations, Stock Exchange Control Rules, Takeover Code and Merger and Acquisition
- Team player, attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing business demands
