Responsibilities
You will report to the Head of Legal, playing a pivotal role in providing comprehensive and practical legal advice across a wide spectrum of legal issues. This encompasses both non-contentious and contentious matters and includes but is not limited to advising on commercial contracts, employment, intellectual property, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
Requirements
You are a Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 2 years experience in private practice and/or inhouse. You are a highly motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary to excel in a team environment and partner with cross-functional stakeholders. You possess exceptional analytical skills, necessary for developing practical and legally sound solutions.
