Job Description
We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Learning
Designer to join a project team within IN-Learning. The staff
member will work closely with project co-leads and team
members to undertake the development of course-related
materials, digital learning resources and project
documentation, enabling the project team to focus on higher-
level strategic planning and coordination. The role requires
strong organizational skills, sound learning design expertise,
and confidence in working with learning platforms and
educational technology tools.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development of course-related materials, learning resources and project documentation in collaboration with project co-leads and team members.
- Review, organize and update course-related materials to ensure quality, consistency and readiness for implementation.
- Develop, format and quality-assure learning and assessment materials to ensure clarity, consistency and alignment.
- Develop and refine digital learning materials and simple multimedia resources where required.
- Coordinate meetings, document key discussions, track follow-up actions, and maintain project records and version control.
- Carry out data collation, basic analysis and administrative tracking to support project planning and reporting.
- Work within Blackboard UCV from a staff-user perspective to upload, organize, check and maintain course content and related resources.
- Undertake other general administrative tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
- A degree or post-graduate diploma in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Learning Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in learning design, course support, project coordination, educational technology support, or a related area will be preferred.
- Familiarity with learning design principles such as constructive alignment, writing learning outcomes, and assessment design.
- Comfortable working in Blackboard UCV as a staff user, including managing and organizing course content and resources.

- Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly with minimal supervision.
Working hours:
Monday to Thursday - 8.30 am to 5.45 pm.
Friday - 8.30 am to 5.15 pm.
