Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supervise overall work activities on-site at the construction site to ensure smooth operations
  • Participate actively in assigned tasks to support project progress and quality
  • Coordinate and collaborate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to align work efforts
  • Lead and monitor the performance of in-house workers and subcontractors to meet project standards
  • Enforce site safety requirements by monitoring compliance and addressing safety concerns promptly
