Responsible for planning and supervising site work schedules, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring efficient operations while enforcing safety policies and maintaining equipment and materials.
Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise site work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Update daily work status reports to the Planner for accurate project tracking
- Participate actively in daily coordination meetings to align team activities
- Collaborate closely with the Planner to plan future site activities and resource allocation
- Manage daily activities of assigned teams to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and review daily work logs of all assigned subordinates to ensure accountability
- Schedule worker overtime during peak periods or as necessary to meet project demands
- Enforce compliance with company and government-mandated work and safety regulations
- Requisition materials and stock replacement parts proactively to maintain uninterrupted operations
- Maintain equipment and surrounding work areas in safe and operational condition
- Oversee on-the-job training for probationary workers to ensure skill development and compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to safety policies, procedures, and best practices on site
