Project Manager (Interior Fit-out)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for interior fit-out and A&A projects

• Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and site activities to ensure timely delivery

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams on project execution

• Oversee site progress, quality control, and compliance with specifications and safety standards

• Manage project budget, monitor costs, and work closely with QS on claims and variations

• Resolve technical and site issues promptly to minimize delays

• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Building, Construction Management, or related discipline

• Minimum 8-10 years of project management experience in interior fit-out and/or A&A works

• Strong understanding of local construction practices, authority requirements, and site coordination

• Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget

• Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
