Job Description

Build competency and capability of the Customer Consultants, Service Sales and Technicians through customized and targeted training programs
Conduct needs analysis, design learning objectives, build content, and create the training curriculum
Develop new hire training programs for Customer Consultants, Sales and Technicians
Design training program to equip Sales and Operation with the knowledge on Service Offerings and New Product to serve customers needs
Develop and implement Call Center training program
Deliver training in multiple modes - a classroom with hands-on exercises, virtual training and managing the assignment of learning courses via LMS
Deliver TTT progams to sales offices trainers
Track effectiveness of the training programs through assessment tools
Develop assessment tool and framework to grade the competency and skillset of Sales and Operation team
Analyze and monitor reporting to pro-actively ensure standard operating practices are met
Drive standard workflow for operational efficiency improvement within the region
