We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading technology organisation delivering mission-critical software and secure digital solutions across defence, government, and commercial sectors.
As a Lead Product Manager, you will drive end-to-end product delivery-from discovery through launch and continuous improvement-while coaching client-side Product Managers to build long-term capability.
This is a consultative, outcome-driven role, where you are responsible not just for delivering products, but for enabling teams and ensuring sustainable product success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product delivery across the full lifecycle, from discovery, validation, development to launch and iteration
- Identify key risks and assumptions, and design validation strategies using data-driven approaches
- Define product strategy, OKRs, and outcome-based roadmaps
- Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing) to validate hypotheses before development
- Drive backlog management, story mapping, sprint planning, and product execution
- Track delivery metrics (e.g. velocity, cycle time), manage dependencies, and mitigate risks
- Define go-to-market strategies and measurement frameworks
- Analyse post-launch performance and drive continuous product improvements
- Coach and mentor Product Managers through hands-on guidance and pairing
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration
- Navigate complex organisational environments and drive alignment across teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, covering full product lifecycle delivery
- Proven track record in product discovery, validation, and delivery of end-to-end solutions
- Experience in coaching or mentoring Product Managers, ideally in a client-facing or consultancy environment
- Strong knowledge of product methodologies such as Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, OKRs, JTBD, and Impact Mapping
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions
- High ownership, adaptability, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments
- Familiarity with Singapore Government ecosystem (e.g., SHIP-HATS, SG Tech Stack, GeBIZ)
- Experience working with Singapore Government agencies
