Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end HRIS analysis, solution design, and implementation
- Drive HRIS integrations with payroll, benefits, finance, and compliance systems
- Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
- Manage UAT cycles, stakeholder workshops, functional documentation, and reporting
- Collaborate with Regional HR COEs, IT teams, and third‑party vendors
Mandatory Skills& Experience
- 8+ years of HRIS experience
- Minimum 3 years in Banking / Financial Services
- Strong experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM
- Proven HRIS integration and system enhancement experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
- In-depth knowledge of leading HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) and their application in the financial sector.
- Demonstrated success managing complex HRIS projects, system integrations, and process improvements.
Qualifications:
