Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end HRIS analysis, solution design, and implementation
  • Drive HRIS integrations with payroll, benefits, finance, and compliance systems
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
  • Manage UAT cycles, stakeholder workshops, functional documentation, and reporting
  • Collaborate with Regional HR COEs, IT teams, and third‑party vendors

Mandatory Skills& Experience

  • 8+ years of HRIS experience
  • Minimum 3 years in Banking / Financial Services
  • Strong experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM
  • Proven HRIS integration and system enhancement experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
  • In-depth knowledge of leading HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) and their application in the financial sector.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex HRIS projects, system integrations, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field advanced degree preferred
