Job Summary
Manage programs and projects from initiation to customer fulfilment by collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet or exceed customer requirements and project milestones.
Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with customers to understand and fulfill their needs and expectations
- Support day-to-day operations and shipments to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery commitments, On Time Delivery targets, and inventory goals
- Coordinate with functional teams to resolve challenges and ensure timely project completion
- Review customer demand forecasts and conduct risk assessments to manage and resolve material supply constraints
- Monitor program and project activities to ensure on-schedule and within-budget completion with effective communication
- Compile and analyze data to generate management reports providing insights and recommendations on program progress
- Manage backlog by prioritizing customer needs and identifying new business opportunities
- Allocate resources efficiently to support seamless operations and successful program execution
- Undertake additional program or project management tasks as assigned by supervisors
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum Degree in Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Program Management and Planning, preferably in Semiconductor-related industries
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills demonstrated in project environments
- Ability to perform effectively in multitasking and high-pressure situations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in basic reporting tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Macros
- Knowledge of MRP, Oracle, and Agile systems
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
