About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our business development and growth initiatives. This role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive targeted outreach campaigns, improve conversion rates, and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and generate new business leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, referrals, etc.)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Execute outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls) to engage prospective clients
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and activity data
- Collaborate with marketing to optimise lead generation campaigns and messaging
- Track, analyse, and report on lead generation metrics and conversion performance
- Support the sales team by scheduling meetings and handover of qualified leads
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve lead generation processes and tools
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development
- Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification processes
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in recruitment, HR tech, or job platforms is an advantage
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email automation tools
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign analytics
