We're a fast-growing, AI-driven cybersecurity startup backed by strong momentum in the region, including support from the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA).
We're looking for someone to own and scale our pipeline generation engine across APAC.
Your mission: generate qualified pipeline and convert prospects into sales opportunities for the team.
You'll be measured on pipeline generated and MQL-to-opportunity conversion, not marketing vanity metrics. Typical success in this role means consistently generating qualified meetings and pipeline for the sales team.
What You'll Do
Run outbound prospecting across LinkedIn, email, and sequencing tools to generate qualified meetings
Engage and qualify inbound leads, converting them into sales-ready opportunities (MQL → SQL)
Execute targeted campaigns (email, LinkedIn, webinars) with clear pipeline goals
Own HubSpot for outreach, tracking, and funnel visibility
Continuously improve response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline generated
What We're Looking For
2-3 years in B2B tech or cybersecurity (SDR, BDR, growth, or sales roles)
Proven ability to generate pipeline or consistently book qualified meetings
Strong outbound skills (cold email, LinkedIn, prospecting)
Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
Understanding of B2B funnels and buyer journeys
