Laundry Outlet Branch Executive

The Branch Executive position is at the forefront of our business in For the Love of Laundry. We are looking for a customer-oriented individual to be based at one of our outlets.

Job Descriptions:

- Be the face of the brand by manning our unique outlets.

- Carry out daily shop operation and duties.

- Respond to customer queries via telephone, email or WhatsApp.

- Receive and return customer garments.

- Carry out checks on customer garments, tag them and key in details into computer.

- Carry out payment transactions using payment terminal or cash and cashless transactions.

- Assure and assist customers facing quality issues.

- Ensure all necessary documentation are in order and has been acknowledged.

- Ensure all payments are accurate and tally with the daily sale report.

- Register new customers & update customer database including past interactions.

Job Requirements
- GCE N / O / A Level or relevant qualification.
- Good command of English in both verbal and written communication
- Confident with pleasant disposition and well groomed.
- A friendly personality and great working attitude
- Able to work independently
- 6 days week / Part-time position available. We do not operate on public holidays.

- Depending on outlets, working hours are from 10am/11am to 8pm or 8am to 6pm.

- Salary $2200 to $2700 depending on experience and working days / Part-time: Per hour ($9.50 to $11.00)
