1. Retail Leasing Executive (Basic up to $4,500)
Responsibilities:
- Drive leasing activities for retail spaces, including marketing, tenant sourcing, and securing leases
- Conduct site viewings, negotiate lease terms, and prepare tenancy agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agents, and business partners
- Manage lease renewals, monitor occupancy rates, and support rental collection
- Provide market intelligence and contribute to strategies that maximize retail performance
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in retail leasing or commercial property
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven
2. Retail Leasing Administrative Executive (Basic up to $3,500)
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the retail leasing team
- Prepare leasing documents, tenancy agreements, and reports
- Maintain accurate lease records, databases, and filing systems
- Liaise with tenants and agents on documentation and follow-up matters
- Assist the team with day-to-day coordination of leasing activities
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration or related discipline
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in retail or property
- Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office applications
