Responsibilities:
- Coordinate detailed design drawings and specifications with consultants in compliance with project's requirements
- Review and coordinate tree & plants care design plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for landscape maintenance
- Prepare, monitor and update landscaping progress reports
- Evaluate architectural and landscape designs from a horticultural perspective to determine the impact and provide appropriate recommendation
- Develops, modifies and review drawings for landscape architecture projects.
- Demonstrates creative thinking abilities and contributes to firm wide design excellence and problem solving.
- Demonstrates understanding of the relationship between design and constructability.
The Requirements:
- Possess a Degree/Diploma in Arboriculture/ Horticulture or equivalent with minimum 5 years in similar project
- Minimum 2-3 years experiences with substantial working experience in Singapore
- Ability to generate ideas and present concepts
- High competency in Lumion, Sketchup and Photoshop
- Understanding of tropical and temperate plants
- Knowledge on Nparks & NEA practices in terms of seeking approval and submission procedures to all government agencies and authorities will be advantageous
