Job Summary
Join Spaceman as a Sales Designer to combine your sales and interior design skills in delivering customised space-saving furniture solutions that delight customers and enhance their living spaces.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer and client enquiries both online and offline, ensuring thorough follow-up
- Pursue leads and develop new business opportunities to grow sales
- Advise customers on product selection and manage the entire sales cycle from inquiry to closing
- Produce simple 3D visualisations by hand or using SketchUp or other 3D software to propose customised furniture solutions
- Assist with invoicing, diary management, administration, and company paperwork as needed
- Work proactively and independently to meet sales targets and customer needs
- Commit to working on weekends as required to support business operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess at least relevant A Levels
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Hold a relevant Professional Certificate or NiTEC qualification
- Demonstrate excellent organisation, communication, and presentation skills to engage customers effectively
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
- Exhibit proficiency in computer applications including MS Word and Excel
- Communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal
