Managing project documentation, ensuring compliance with document control procedures, and supporting project teams with coordination, reporting, and system management.
Candidates with experience in construction document control systems and an interest in data reporting / analytics will have an added advantage.
Manage and maintain project document control systems (e.g. OneDrive, SharePoint, Aconex).
Ensure proper filing, version control, and accessibility of all project documents.
Maintain Document Register, Drawing Register, and Material Register.
Track document submissions, approvals, and revisions.
Support project teams in submission tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Coordinate between HQ, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding submissions.
Prepare and maintain project reports, logs, and records.
Manage user access and permissions for document systems (e.g. OneDrive).
Provide support and guidance to site staff on document processes.
Identify opportunities to improve document workflows and efficiency.
Generate reports and dashboards on document status and project progress.
Support data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel / Power BI.
Assist management with data-driven insights and tracking.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in LTA project.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Familiar with document management systems (e.g. SharePoint, Aconex, ACC, OneDrive).
Strong knowledge of document control processes, version control, and submissions.
