Landscape & Arboriculture Manager (Soft FM)

We are seeking a hands-on Landscape & Arboriculture Manager to support our Facilities Management operations. This role oversees landscape maintenance, tree management, and external environment services, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality site operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with operations teams, contractors, and client representatives to maintain a safe and well-managed outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tree management programmes, including inspections, risk assessment, and remedial works

• Oversee landscape maintenance to meet operational and aesthetic standards

• Manage contractors and ensure delivery of works in compliance with NParks and WSH requirements

• Support site inspections, audits, and client engagement

• Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement of landscape operations

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Arboriculture, Horticulture, Landscape or related field

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably in FM or large-site operations

• ISA Certified Arborist (preferred) or strong equivalent experience

• Proven experience managing contractors and site operations

• Familiar with Singapore regulatory requirements (NParks, WSH)
