Land Surveyor

Job responsibilities:

• Provide grid lines for construction reference.
• Provide benchmark / levels for construction reference.
• For Basement top down structure
• For Super structure including core wall
• For Trade demo (Archi, M&E, Faade & ID)
• For Archi work (Wall setting out with opening) and (Ceiling level)
• Conduct as-built survey for constructed structures.
• Especially core wall setting out and critical dimension for clearing TOP.
• Prepare survey data/ report for design purpose both structural, architectural and M&E.
• Taking care of all survey instrument to ensure the accuracy of its function and documentation.
• Issuance of internal memoranda.

Job requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Certification from the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) or Land Surveyors Board (LSB) is often preferred.
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience, especially in civil or building projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, BIM models, and site coordination.
• Attention to detail, independence, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
