Senior/Quantity Surveyor (Tender/Projects)

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects
• Work closely with the project team, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project understanding is accurate
• Review of cost impact (Value Engineering proposal/ Variations)
• Monitor project costs and provide detailed tender analysis and recommendations where suitable
• Evaluate and review contract terms within tenders and resolve any contractual queries 
• Ensure timely completion of tender submissions and compliance with safety and industry standards

Requirements

• Degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant QS experience in the construction industry
• Ideally possess experience with A1 main contractors
• Candidates with more QS experience can be considered for the senior position
