Lab Engineer

Job Description& Responsibilities:

Maintain R&D lab, manage R&D assets and project materials, equipment calibration,

documentation and compliance/safety practices. Ensure continuous compliance with

safety standards and regulatory qualifications

Assist R&D design engineers to conduct engineering experiments, prototype builds,

characterization test and failure analysis. Analyse results and provide technical

reports

Laisse with vendors to develop solutions, source materials and equipment for new

R&D projects

Create training documents and work instructions for R&D organization

Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering

3 or more years of product development/test engineering experiences

Familiar with optical and electrical test and measurement instruments, hands-on

experience in equipment setup and test fixtures design

A team player, highly self-motivated, initiative, collaborative and diligent.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bilingual in both English and Chinese would be an advantage
