Define design verification test plans, analyze device performance, and provide feedback for design improvement.
Perform detailed characterization of active and passive integrated photonic devices on the chip-level and wafer-level.
Develop programs for data post-processing.
Participate in projects for the development of next-generation products.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, optical engineering or semiconductor physics.
Project Management experience is a plus
Hands-on experience in characterization of active and passive integrated photonic devices, including various OO, EO, and OE measurements at DC and AC levels.
Experience in test setup development and maintenance, and equipment resourcing.
Good understanding of guided-wave optical device working principles.
Strong self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams.
