Development & Implementation
Lead and implement new repair capabilities for SAFRAN and partner OEMs.
Conduct feasibility studies and analyze market/investment data.
Develop and source new equipment and consumables manage investments in testing and repair policies.
Coordinate trainings and user documentation.
Project Management
Track project progress, report milestones, and control expenses.
Manage contractors, suppliers, and maintenance plans.
Technical Support
Work with OEMs to clarify requirements and establish standards.
Review and validate shop test procedures.
Support workshops during new program launches and fleet upgrades.
Continuous Improvement & Communication
Initiate creative solutions and assist workshops in best practices and cost reduction.
Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders: HQ, OEMs, workshops, QA, Sales, CI, Supply Chain, and customers.
Manage contractual issues, safeguard SAFRAN interests, and support integrated logistics.
Health, Safety & Environment
Comply with all HSE regulations and actively participate in HSE initiatives.
Support corporate HSE programs and risk mitigation
General
Provide optimal customer support.
Assist maintenance and workshop personnel as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications:
Degree in Electronics, Avionics or Aerospace Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Aviation Engineering, Maintenance, or Repair Operations (OEM/MRO environment).
Proficient in product support, troubleshooting, and design/wiring of electronics test fixtures.
Experience with technical support environments and aviation airworthiness requirements (e.g., Part 145, ISO9000, AS9110).
Strong project, time & cost management - Create project timelines, allocate resources, set priorities, and keep tasks & budget on schedule.
Proficient with Microsoft software applications.
Excellent attitude, team player, motivated, reliable, interpersonal skills, meticulous and organized.
Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
Able to adjust plans, make decisions, solve problems, and manage multiple tasks quickly based on changes, setbacks, or new requirements.
