Job Description

  • Assist chefs in preparing meals and plating dishes as required
  • Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
  • Handle food storage, rotation, and disposal in compliance with food safety standards
  • Assist in inventory control and order kitchen supplies as needed
  • Carry out basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients
  • Dispose of kitchen waste responsibly and maintain sanitation standards
  • Help in serving meals and managing portion control
