KITCHEN ASSISTANT/COOK

Food stall located at Orchard area selling Malaysia style cuisine looking out for Kitchen Assisant/Cook!

Responsibilities:

-Assist the main cook in food preparation (e.g., washing, cutting, marinating)

-Prepare ingredients for dishes such as

-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and food preparation areas

-Set up workstations and ensure stock levels are sufficient for daily operations

-Assist in plating and packaging takeaway orders

-Operate and manage the Point-of-Sale (POS) system for taking orders and handling cashless payments

-Perform other general kitchen duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

-Candidate must have relevant working experience as Kitchen Assistant/Cook

-Candidate with experience in Malaysian style cuisine for example, Char Kway Teow, Curry Noodles, and Nasi Lemak an advantage

-Willing to work on weekends and public holidays

Remuneration:

-Basic Salary: Starting from $2600 (depending on experience)

-Meals provided

-Working hours: 8 or 10 hours shift/day

-Rest day: 1 day per week (to be arranged by employer

-Entitled to annal leave and medical leave benefits
