Key scopes:
- Oversee BOSS and/or HUGO stores in key markets in Southeast Asia
- Drive expansion and sales growth in key markets through LFL sales and new stores (Sell-in and Sell-out)
- Manage store expansion and renovations projects with key stakeholders
- Ensure on-time shipping schedules of seasonal and replenishment orders
- Provide seasonal product and relevant sales training to our business partners employees
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines in terms of Visual Merchandising, and operational guidelines
- Work closely with respective key stakeholders to optimize sales growth, brand equity and adherence to brand direction with regards to the below aspects:
- Merchandising: clear merchandise strategy, prompt product feedback and opportunities in assortment planning and buying
- Visual Merchandising : implement and maintain VM presentation in stores according to seasonal brand guidelines
- Marketing: ensure consistent branding and marketing communication and initiatives across all platforms; launch event; store activations and digital outreach
- Business development and controlling: Work closely with business partners and BD team to drive expansion in new cities and new locations. Prepare materials needed for board approvals for all new projects/ renovation/ relocation and expansion needs. Able to facilitate mid-level business discussions with business partners and/or external stakeholders
- Legal and compliance: Ensure partnership agreemeents or relevant legal documents are up to date and clauses/expectations are adhered to by business partners
- Finance: Ensure timely payment on all payment related issue
- Store planning : Manage and ensure all store projects are on track for openings
- Selling season (4 times a year)
- Present new seasonal collection during selling season to Franchise, Wholesale and Travel Retail business partners:
- Ensure timely order placement
- Communicate and ensure alignment of Global strategy and direction during seasonal buy to business partners
- Sell-in: manage OTB discussions business partners to ensure buying is optimised to sales plan
Essential Requirement
- University degree preferred (fashion, business or related disciplines).
- 5-10 years sales experience in Fashion/Retail/Account Management
- Able to travel frequently
- Passion for product and fashion
- Strong analytical skills and good with basic reporting and retail math
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (preferred)
- Independent,self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dedicated team player
- Regional exposure is a strong plus
