Job Overview

The Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients in the Office Coffee Service (OCS) sector, focusing on corporate offices and workplace environments.

This role focuses on increasing sales and market share for our coffee solutions, including office coffee machines, coffee bean supply, and workplace beverage solutions, by understanding client needs, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales or corporate account management, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality coffee solutions to modern workplaces.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and office administrators within the OCS sector.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high service standards for office coffee solutions.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess consumption trends, service quality, and opportunities to upgrade equipment or coffee programs.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve sales targets by developing and executing account growth strategies for corporate offices.
  • Identify new business opportunities within office buildings, co-working spaces, and corporate campuses.
  • Promote coffee machine leasing, coffee bean supply programs, and beverage solutions for workplaces.

Product Knowledge and Promotion:

  • Develop strong knowledge of office coffee machines, workplace beverage solutions, and coffee bean programs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop OCS-focused promotional programs and workplace coffee packages.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

  • Participate in tenders and corporate procurement processes.
  • Negotiate service contracts, equipment leasing agreements, and coffee supply terms with corporate clients.
  • Manage contract lifecycle including renewals, upgrades, and service agreements.
  • Resolve service or operational issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with technical service teams, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth installation and maintenance of coffee machines.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support workplace coffee activations and corporate events.
  • Share market insights to help strengthen the company's OCS strategy.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 35 years experience in B2B sales, corporate account management, or Office Coffee Service (OCS)
  • Experience in office solutions, coffee machines, pantry services, or workplace services is advantageous
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing corporate accounts
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple key accounts
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings
