Job Description

How you will contribute

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, fostering long-term relationships
  • Manage sales performance and prepare monthly business reviews with major accounts
  • Understand client needs and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet sales targets and growth objectives
  • Analyze sell-out data and coordinate replenishment planning with HQ to secure stock availability
  • Oversee product assortment, stock levels, returns, and balance between new launches and carryover items
  • Coordinate trade marketing activities, including visibility programs, events, and incentives
  • Conduct regular store visits across markets
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to support strategic decisions
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms manage renewals and deal closures
  • Forecast sales and track account performance to identify improvement areas
  • Prepare reporting to HQ (sales, sales forecasts. etc)

Who you are

  • Master's degree
  • +5 years working experience
  • Experience within fashion / luxury, cosmetics, FMCG environments
  • Industry knowledge and business acumen
  • Fluent in English
  • Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI proficiency
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and sales abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Proactive
  • Availability for frequent travel (80%)
