Job Title: Junior Project Coordinator
Location: Singapore
Reporting to: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
Job PurposeWe are looking for a highly organized and motivated Junior Project Coordinator to support our project management team. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, scheduling, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring clear communication between internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Project Scheduling: Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, timelines, and monitoring progress against key milestones.
- Documentation Management: Maintain and update project folders, including contracts, technical drawings, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact for sub-contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth information flow.
- Resource Coordination: Monitor resource allocation (manpower and materials) and alert the Project Manager of any potential shortages or delays.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly status reports and presentation slides for stakeholder meetings.
- Administrative Support: Coordinate project meetings, site visits (if applicable), and ensure all compliance and safety permits are in order.
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 02 years of experience. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, or Monday.com).
- Familiarity with Gantt Charts and project lifecycles.
- Soft Skills:
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: Essential for managing project documentation and schedules.
- Communication: Fluent in English (written and spoken) to coordinate with diverse teams in Singapore.
