Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Junior Project Coordinator to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across various departments, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and management of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate resources and support project team members in daily activities.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and vendors, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Help prepare project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure all project-related documentation is properly organized and filed for future reference.
- Identify potential project risks and escalate issues as needed to senior team members.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, workshops, and team collaborations.
- Maintain project timelines and assist in resource allocation.
- Support post-project evaluation and help prepare final reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related roles.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Singapore's labor laws and workplace culture is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
- Experience in managing or assisting with projects in industries such as IT, construction, or marketing.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin) are an advantage.
