Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Project Coordinator to support our project team and ensure smooth project execution. As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will work closely with various departments to help manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and communication processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in developing and executing project plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all related information and reports.
  • Coordinate and organize project meetings, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Track project progress, identify potential issues, and report to project managers promptly.
  • Manage project resources to ensure team members complete tasks according to schedule.
  • Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure clarity of project requirements and expectations.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of project progress reports, financial reports, and other related documents.
  • Support project managers in risk management and suggest improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in post-project evaluation and feedback processes to drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in engineering, construction, business, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in project coordination or a related role, with a basic understanding of project management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (such as MS Project or Trello) is a plus.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Attention to detail, strong execution capabilities, and self-motivation.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or other project management-related certifications is a plus.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment and the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced work environment.
