About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Finance Manager to support financial planning, reporting, and compliance activities within the organisation. This role will partner closely with senior finance leaders and cross-functional teams to drive accurate reporting and business performance insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
- Prepare monthly management reports and variance analysis
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Monitor cash flow, cost control, and working capital
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities
- Support internal control and process improvement initiatives
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 24 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of SFRS and Singapore GST regulations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Netsuite)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in English
Preferred
- Part-qualified or pursuing ACCA / CPA / CA (Singapore)
- Experience in MNC or regional reporting environment
- Exposure to FP&A or business partnering
- Familiarity with Power BI or financial dashboards
