Junior Chef @ Sando Singapore (Lorong Chuan)

The Role
Location: Lorong Chuan (New Tech Park)
Hours: 44 to 48 hours/week (OT pay starts after 44 hours).
Schedule: 5 to 6-day work week (Flexible), but weekend availability is a must.
Key Responsibilities
Mise en Place: Execute daily prep with high standards (sauces, proteins, veggies).
Line Cooking: Handle the grill and assembly during peak service hours.
Consistency: Ensure every sando leaving the kitchen meets our brand's quality and presentation standards.
Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain a Grade A level of cleanliness and organization.
What We're Looking For
Experience: At least 1-2 years in a professional kitchen (Western or Japanese cuisine experience is a bonus).
Speed & Focus: Ability to stay calm and efficient when the dockets start piling up.
Attitude: A team player who is eager to learn and takes pride in their station.
Commitment: Reliability is non-negotiable, especially for weekend shifts.
