As one of the oldest and most established Lebanese restaurants in Singapore, we are known for our authentic flavours, warm hospitality, and loyal clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing authentic breads, desserts and grilled meats.

• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes

• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards

• Support senior chefs with prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude

• Learn and develop culinary techniques specific to Middle Eastern cuisine

What We're Looking For:

• Fresh graduates or entry-level chefs with a culinary diploma/certificate

• Passion for Middle Eastern cuisine and eagerness to learn

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions

• Team player with a desire to grow and develop skills

• Experience in baking, pastry work, or grilling is a plus but not required
