Job Description

Job Functions & Summary:

Responsible in assisting in the production of pastry items and the operations of the Pastry Kitchen.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

(1) Assist the Pastry Chef in the daily preparation requirements for all F&B outlets in the Club.

(2) Responsible for the kitchen cleanliness and proper housekeeping of kitchen area.

(3) Produce pastry items with quality, taste and presentation according to the Club's standard.

(4) Ensure that all equipment in the section are maintained in good working condition. Any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.
