Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Operations Manager
- Assist with logistics coordination such as delivery schedules, stock movements, and event setup
- Prepare and maintain basic operational documents (e.g. invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, tracking records)
- Keep vendor, supplier, and service provider records organised and up to date
- Support general office administration, including office supplies, facilities matter, and vendor appointments
- Assist with scheduling and basic administrative tasks related to the production studio
Marketing Coordination Support
- Act as a coordination point between internal teams and the Company's appointed marketing agency
- Help gather and share key information such as product availability, logistics timelines, event dates, and venues
- Support logistics for marketing activities, including events, promotions, and in-store activations
- Perform basic checks on marketing materials to ensure operational accuracy (dates, locations, products)
- Coordinate printing, delivery, and setup of marketing collaterals
- Maintain simple marketing schedules, trackers, and task lists
- Assist with tracking marketing-related expenses and organising documentation
- Provide basic post-event support, including attendance tracking and feedback collection
General Support
- Work closely with Sales, Service, and Operations teams to support coordination needs
- Take on other reasonable duties assigned by Management within the scope of the role
Specifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 1- 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Organized, reliable, and able to follow timelines and instructions
- Teamplayer yet able to work independently
- Willingness to learn and support both administrative and coordination tasks
