Job Description:
The IT support specialist is to provide technical support to our enterprise customers.The ideal candidate will be deployed offsite and will be on a 5-day work weekschedule. He/She will be grown to lead a team if the performance is outstanding.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced support for Windows 11, macOS, and Apple devices[ipad/iphone].
- Manage device provisioning, configuration, imaging, and deployment for both Windows and Mac environments.
- Perform break-fix support for hardware, software, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve:
- BitLocker / Filevault encryption issues
- BSOD/crash diagnostics
- Administer Intune for device management and deployment.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Handle O365 support, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting, including switches, wired/wireless connectivity.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Work within a ticketing system to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of IT support experience in enterprise environments.
- Expertise in macOS and Intune (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with Intune for Apple/Windows device management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, BitLocker, and imaging tools.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing components.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and O365 administration.
- Understanding of network fundamentals and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tickets simultaneously.
