Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administrative Management
- Ensure full compliance with MSF statutory requirements, including the submission of 6-monthly Returns, SCFA Subsidy renewals, and bi-annual fire drills.
- Monitor fee collections, manage the centre's budget, and ensure resource maximization.
- Oversee manpower deployment, maintain SOPs, manage inventory, and supervise food catering quality.
Programme & Project Management
- Design and lead engaging holiday programmes, character development workshops, and enrichment activities.
Staff Development & Leadership
- Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to programme staff.
- Identify training needs and foster a cohesive, high-performing team environment.
Student & Family Support
- Oversee student academic progress and behavioural management provide regular, constructive feedback to parents.
- Act as the primary bridge between the centre and families, ensuring emotional and learning support needs are met.
Marketing & Community Outreach
- Drive marketing efforts to maintain healthy enrolment rates and manage official communications.
- Liaise with schools, community agencies, and volunteers to enrich centre programmes.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Education or a related field).
- Minimum 3 - 4 years in the education industry.
- Prior experience in pre-school education or Student Care settings is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of MSF operational requirements.
- Proven leadership and organizational capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Standard First Aid certification is an advantage.
