Job Summary

Deliver timely IT support and system management services to customers, resolving technical issues and maintaining infrastructure to enable seamless digital operations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver effective and timely IT support services to customers to ensure operational continuity
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues reported by customers via phone, email, on-site visits, and remote support channels
  • Manage and monitor installed systems, servers, and network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments to maintain performance and security
  • Maintain accurate IT inventory records and manage software licensing compliance for customers
  • Develop, update, and maintain clear technical documentation and user guides to support system usage and troubleshooting
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of hardware and software to meet customer requirements
  • Continuously research and apply the latest IT trends, tools, and best practices to improve service delivery and technical expertise
