Job Brief
We are looking for a friendly and skilled EUC Engineer to support end users with their day-to-day IT needs. You will be the first point of contact for users and the face of IT support.
In this role, you will help users fix hardware and software issues, handle service requests, and make sure they get quick and smooth support. Your work will directly improve user satisfaction and business productivity.

Responsibilities
- Provide L1 and L2 remote support for end-user devices like desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers, MFDs, and video conferencing equipment.
- Support software such as Windows OS, Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, Teams Voice), browsers, and web-based business apps.
- Support CAD and engineering tools like Autodesk and Bentley.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and aim to resolve most issues on the first call.
- Handle service requests such as new user setup, software installs, and device moves.
- Log all tickets clearly in the ITSM tool (ServiceDesk Plus) and follow SLA timelines for P1, P2, and P3 issues.
- Perform basic software and patch deployments using endpoint management tools.
- Work closely with network, security, and server teams when issues need escalation.
- Provide polite, patient, and professional support to all users.
- Communicate clearly in English and conversational Mandarin to support all users effectively.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in desktop or EUC support roles.
- Strong customer service skills with a helpful attitude.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience supporting CAD or engineering software is an advantage.
- Experience using ITSM ticketing tools.
- Familiar with remote support and endpoint management tools.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Modern Desktop (MD-102) or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
