Configure, maintain, and support the Windows desktop environment, including hardware/software management, security patches, and health monitoring in line with global standards.
Provide first-line local and second-line regional technical support, handling incident identification, resolution, and escalation.
Build strong rapport with help desk customers, ensuring responsive and effective support.
Manage desktop installations, user account administration, and continuous improvement of IT systems.
Support general office facilities and related technical needs.
Local Data Center
Oversee operations for both the local office and Singapore Data Centre.
Coordinate deliveries, patch cables, install servers, and manage inventory in compliance with global policies and procedures.
IT Infrastructure
Maintain accurate inventory of all hardware and software assets.
Knowledge and Skills
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of relevant IT support experience.
Strong customer-focused mindset with dedication to problem resolution.
Ability to manage multiple projects/issues simultaneously under pressure.
Hands-on experience with Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational, inventory, and desk management skills.
Clear, detail-oriented communication skills strong team player.
